Medicare Eligibility

Eligibility for treatment at Circle of Friends is determined through a comprehensive assessment considering:

  • Residency and income qualifications in line with Medi-Cal and Medicare guidelines
  • Diagnosable substance use disorder requiring treatment
  • Age requirement (men 18 and older)
  • Verification of insurance status, including Medi-Cal, Medicare, or private pay options
  • Valid identification and necessary documentation
  • Clinical evaluation to ensure an appropriate level of care
